What you will do
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective hiring strategies.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across strategic, commercial, and technology functions.
- Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance to influence hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
- Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- At least two years of experience within an in-house talent acquisition function.
- Proven background hiring across technology, digital, and consulting disciplines.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Deep understanding of digital talent markets and strategic hiring needs.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a digital transformation consultancy.
- Previous experience in agency recruitment or RPO environments.
- Exposure to international or multi-market hiring.
- Experience recruiting senior and leadership-level talent.
- Familiarity with modern talent intelligence and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
