What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across strategic, commercial, and technology functions.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance to influence hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
• Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• At least two years of experience within an in-house talent acquisition function.
• Proven background hiring across technology, digital, and consulting disciplines.
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Deep understanding of digital talent markets and strategic hiring needs.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a digital transformation consultancy.
• Previous experience in agency recruitment or RPO environments.
• Exposure to international or multi-market hiring.
• Experience recruiting senior and leadership-level talent.
• Familiarity with modern talent intelligence and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
