What you will do
- Source and attract high-quality candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full interview cycle, including screening, scheduling, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and nurture long-term talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill positions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and monitor recruitment market trends.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Established experience in candidate sourcing and assessment, ideally in-house within a global organization.
- Professional background in technology, financial services, or similarly fast-paced regulated environments.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment and demanding hiring targets.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high professional standards.
