TL;DR
Data Architect And Interface Lead (OSS): Providing technical leadership and strategic oversight for OSS Data and Interface delivery with an accent on domain designs, data exchanges, and interface architectures. Focus on end-to-end governance of the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design production to the final Transfer to Operations (TTO).
Location: Hybrid (Newbury, UK) — requires office attendance 2-3 days per week

What you will do
- Act as the primary Technical Lead for System Integrators and vendors to align data exchange designs with OSS domain architecture.
- Translate complex network requirements into comprehensive OSS domain designs for data integration and interface functionality.
- Govern the end-to-end technical library, including HLD, LLD, Test Plans, and Transfer to Operations (TTO) documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to guide solutions through the full delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure all interface deliveries conform to contractual outcomes, technical KPIs, and project milestones.
- Advise Programme Managers on technical risk assessment and budgeting for OSS interface enhancements.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of OSS solutions in Service Management, Service Assurance, Inventory, and Customer Experience Management.
- Deep understanding of mobile network architecture and operational processes.
- Expertise in Data Interface protocols: SNMP, NETCONF/YANG, and TM Forum Open APIs.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and semantic data modelling in multi-vendor environments.
- TOGAF 9.1 Certification.
- Practical experience with TM Forum frameworks: TAM, eTOM, and SID.
