What you will do

• Own the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies from contract signing through launch.
• Develop, manage, and implement integration architecture, change management strategies, and timelines.
• Partner with Sales and Technical Services teams to optimize the overall user journey.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy for large-scale users.
• Collaborate on strategic projects to improve and scale implementation processes and team operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions.
• Proven project management skills and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a growth-stage internet or software company.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Knowledge of APIs and SQL.
