Support Engineer (SQL & Web Applications): Providing expert technical assistance for SaaS Sales Performance Management solutions with an accent on troubleshooting SQL scripts, web application incidents, and client-server architecture. Focus on resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with product teams to report bugs, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Location: Remote (Mexico Only). Must be available to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do

• Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, collecting detailed problem descriptions, traces, and log files.
• Communicate investigation progress to clients and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of hirify.global products to help customers maximize business value.
• Meet and support KPI targets, including SLA, QA, and resolution rates.
• Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven experience working with SaaS platforms (mandatory).
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture and experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
• English proficiency: CEFR B2 level or higher.
• Must be based in Mexico.
