What you will do
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax with professional solutions and advice.
- Perform complex technical troubleshooting and system testing remotely.
- Ensure service quality levels are consistently met and maintained.
- Manage and track outstanding issues, keeping clients informed of progress.
- Participate in internal product training and certification programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Systems, or Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of three years of related experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing concepts and MPC systems.
- Accounting background including AR, AP, General Ledger, and financial reporting.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, database administration, and basic networking.
