Senior Marketing Lead (AI)

hirify.global operates a network of entrepreneurial SaaS businesses, including DAKboard, a smart display platform that brings calendars, photos, weather, to-dos, news, and traffic into a customizable dashboard.

What you will do

• Own DAKboard's marketing strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and channel prioritization.
• Build and automate email, landing pages, conversion rate optimization, performance marketing, social, retargeting, partnerships, affiliate marketing, and SEO content.
• Manage and quality-check part-time contractors across content, design, social, email, distribution, and paid advertising.
• Set up, manage, and scale AI agents for research, content, analysis, and marketing automation.
• Partner with the CEO on priorities, budget allocation, and testing new channels.
• Create marketing content that resonates with busy US families and parents.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience owning marketing across multiple channels.
• Previous experience marketing a B2C SaaS or subscription product.
• Ability to think in systems, prioritize opportunities, delegate clearly, and assess the quality of delivered work.
• Hands-on ability to write marketing content, build marketing systems, and execute strategy independently.
• Daily experience using AI tools and agents for research, content, analysis, and automation; the hiring process includes a practical AI exercise.
• Native-level American English with a natural understanding of US consumer language and behavior.

Nice to have

• Experience with email marketing at scale, CRO and landing page optimization, performance marketing, retargeting, or partner, reseller, and affiliate programs.
• Experience with smart-home, consumer electronics, or family-tech products.
• Hardware or e-commerce marketing experience.
