What you will do

• Design and implement local C&B programs, policies, and tools in alignment with Global C&B strategy.
• Manage the full local payroll process, ensuring calculations for taxes and social security are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate FTE budget planning and analyze personnel expense deviations in cooperation with Corporate Controlling.
• Prepare calculations for restructuring processes, annual bonuses, and relevant management metrics.
• Prepare documentation for labor inspections and audits.
• Participate in local and global People & Culture projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Laws or Business Administration.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Human Resources.
