What you will do

  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
  • Provide expert guidance on Danish labor law and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Manage HR operations including documentation, Workday maintenance, and payroll coordination.
  • Lead regional HR projects and initiatives to support business growth and scalability.
  • Support onboarding, training, and capability-building for managers and employees.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience combining HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of Danish employment law and employee relations.
  • Fluent Danish and English communication skills required.
  • Experience partnering with Payroll and managing HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, operational environment.
