What you will do

• Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance, and complex repair work.
• Execute emergency repairs and prioritize workloads in coordination with the Service and Support Scheduler.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear, concise communication and professional service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and Field Applications Specialists to resolve technical issues.
• Report product quality issues and maintain timely, accurate technical documentation.
• Meet established KPIs regarding performance and operational impact.

Requirements

• Based in the UK with a valid driving license and passport.
• Education: Engineering Apprenticeship with HNC, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems.
• Ability to travel on short notice, involving at least 60% overnight travel in the UK and Europe.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional time management skills.
