What you will do
- Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance, and complex repair work.
- Execute emergency repairs and prioritize workloads in coordination with the Service and Support Scheduler.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear, concise communication and professional service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and Field Applications Specialists to resolve technical issues.
- Report product quality issues and maintain timely, accurate technical documentation.
- Meet established KPIs regarding performance and operational impact.
Requirements
- Based in the UK with a valid driving license and passport.
- Education: Engineering Apprenticeship with HNC, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems.
- Ability to travel on short notice, involving at least 60% overnight travel in the UK and Europe.
- Strong customer focus and exceptional time management skills.

- Previous experience working specifically with liquid handling systems.
