CAD Engineers Team Lead (Glass Production)

Location: Remote from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, or Poland; working hours are 8:30 am–5:00 pm EST (New York time).

What you will do

• Review active projects in ClickUp, distribute workloads, monitor execution, and track deadlines.
• Control drawing quality and verify project documentation before final delivery.
• Mentor project engineers on complex and non-standard projects, contribute to node development, and lead regular team syncs.
• Customize Slack and ClickUp workspaces, create internal document templates, and maintain working groups.
• Prepare weekly and monthly department progress and efficiency reports for the Head of Engineering.
• Work with measurements, sketches, diagrams, and project documentation using the US Imperial system.

Requirements

• Russian and Ukrainian at C1+ and English at B2+ are required.
• Confident proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D, or similar engineering software.
• Higher technical education in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a project engineer delivering complex engineering projects.
• Experience with task management and time-tracking systems, project documentation, and design optimization.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and collaborate with project managers, estimators, suppliers, manufacturing, and site installation teams.
