What you will do

• Own end-to-end People Experience integration plans for acquisitions, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies through execution.
• Drive Day 1 readiness planning for employee onboarding, orientation, reporting structures, and manager assignments.
• Partner with HR Operations and IT to ensure HR systems, process readiness, and employee data integration.
• Coordinate job mapping and organizational design activities in partnership with People leadership and Finance.
• Lead the people workstream for change management, including employee FAQs and transition messaging.
• Establish the operating cadence for the workstream, providing executive-ready progress reporting to the IMO.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program management and human resources.
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
• Experience in HR Operations, onboarding, organizational design, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
• Must be based in the Western US.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting M&A integrations, Day 1 readiness, or enterprise transformation.
• Background in People Operations, PMO, or integration management.
