What you will do

• Own the core operating cadence for M&A integration, including weekly executive updates and workstream reviews.
• Manage the integration management office rhythm through daily triage of issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate status reviews with workstream leads to drive accountability and unblock critical path items.
• Serve as the connective layer across workstreams including GTM Enablement, Product Integration, and People Experience.
• Capture, track, and report progress against integration outcomes and synergy realization plans.
• Drive decision processes for major GTM, product, and operational topics requiring executive approval.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of related experience with a strong program management skillset.
• Must be based in the Western US.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity while driving clarity and momentum.
• Bachelor’s and/or MBA degree.
• Expertise in status reporting, RAID management, and governance forums.

Nice to have

• Significant experience in PMO or strategic operations.
• Familiarity with M&A integration or large-scale product/GTM launches.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
