What you will do

• Interact with clients, attorneys, and accountants to resolve routine to moderately complex account inquiries and maintenance issues.
• Support commercial lenders through report monitoring, research, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Execute Know Your Customer (KYC) and Consumer Due Diligence processes for new clients.
• Manage exception reports and ensure all outstanding exceptions are cleared promptly.
• Design and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases to generate and distribute operational reports.
• Assist commercial lending officers in developing new business by preparing product presentation packages.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of experience in a banking or customer service environment.
• Solid understanding of lending practices, loan documentation, and credit analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify interdependencies and solutions.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Denver, CO.
