TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (office attendance required 2 days a week)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and understand requirements.
  • Design comprehensive, reusable test cases and deconstruct user stories into clear test plans.
  • Execute manual and automated test suites for cloud and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira.
  • Conduct performance, load, and scalability testing on cloud solutions.
  • Participate in sprint retrospectives and suggest improvements to QA methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA, specifically with SaaS applications.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
  • Proficiency with test case management and bug tracking tools like Jira.
  • Experience testing APIs and web services using Postman or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation.
  • Must be located in Toronto, Canada, and able to work from the office two days a week.
