Salary: $73,900 – $110,900

What you will do

• Develop automation features and tools based on customer needs, focusing on automotive serial data use cases.
• Build scalable and maintainable automation solutions using Python and Robot Framework.
• Design and improve automation libraries and framework capabilities in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Debug issues and troubleshoot automation failures to increase framework reliability and usability.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing needs and support the delivery of automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in Canada now or in the future.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and open-source automation frameworks such as Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems, automotive software, or serial data protocols.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum team environments through internships, co-ops, or academic projects.
