Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise connected asset data quality strategy aligned with platform architecture.
• Design and implement scalable data validation, monitoring, and anomaly detection solutions.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML techniques for data profiling and root cause analysis.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of data quality engineers and analysts.
• Collaborate with software engineering, data engineering, and product teams to define quality SLAs.
• Communicate data quality health metrics and risks to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software/data engineering, including 2–5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in data quality, data governance, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Peoria, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-based data quality monitoring.
• Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to regulated environments in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for data platforms.
