What you will do

• Design and implement a scalable architecture for multimodal workflows that maintains platform flexibility while optimizing performance.
• Identify and map performance bottlenecks to deliver measurable improvements across all data scales.
• Establish data-driven metrics to quantify performance targets and track progress.
• Lead large-scale projects incrementally, ensuring smooth customer rollouts and high execution standards.
• Create abstraction layers that enable teams to solve complex performance problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with field teams to position the platform's unique architecture as a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working on highly technical projects.
• 2+ years of management or tech lead-manager experience.
• Deep expertise in industry trends regarding data processing, databases, and performant architectures.
• Proven ability to manage performance and systems projects with a focus on measurement and incremental progress.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align team roadmaps and business outcomes.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City.
