Project Management Technical – Decisioning (Pega CDH): Translating business requirements into decisioning logic and managing project scope end-to-end with an accent on Pega CDH capabilities and business strategy. Focus on building decisioning logic for customer offers, executing UAT, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote). Client is located in El Segundo, CA. Occasional travel required (up to 5%).

Salary: $53 - $58 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Translate marketing offer strategies and business requirements into Pega decisioning logic.
• Manage project scope and deliverables end-to-end, acting as the primary business stakeholder for IT teams.
• Execute UAT and regression testing to validate decisioning system changes.
• Maintain detailed process flow documentation and development standards using SharePoint and Asana.
• Analyze complex issues and design technical solutions to meet business goals.
• Communicate project progress and technical assessments to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology or relevant technical roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Pega CDH (Pega 23 or greater).
• Proficiency with SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis languages for validating logic.
• Experience with XML transactions, CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle), and Agile methodology.
• Must be eligible to work on a W2 contract in the United States.
