What you will do

• Convert marketing offer strategies into decisioning rules within Pega CDH, leveraging customer attributes and intent signals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology groups to capture requirements and maintain decisioning standards.
• Support platform enhancements and integration initiatives, including Pega version upgrades.
• Perform UAT, regression testing, and validation of decisioning logic updates.
• Deliver project status updates and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive projects end-to-end from initial requirements gathering through production deployment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Pega and/or marketing technology platforms.
• Strong practical knowledge of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Experience configuring decisioning strategies, Next Best Action workflows, and personalization logic.
• Proven capability in drafting business requirements and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).
