What you will do

• Lead the configuration and governance of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Execute IT integration playbooks for acquired firms to ensure technology alignment.
• Provide enterprise-level support for tax, audit, and workflow applications.
• Design and maintain scalable infrastructure architectures including compute, storage, and networking.
• Manage identity architecture using Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, and privileged identity management.
• Ensure system uptime through proactive monitoring and ITIL-aligned processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience engineering global enterprise IT environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Experience supporting CPA or professional services applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300/400, AZ-305).
• Experience with M&A technology integration projects.
• ITIL certification or experience with mature ITSM processes.
• Background in Zero Trust implementation and cloud governance.
