Location: Fully remote, but must be based in the USA (due to federal court filing requirements)

Salary: $74,630 - $100,970

What you will do

• Assemble, format, and submit court and governmental filings, including tables of authorities and exhibits.
• Manage federal court filings through PACER and ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
• Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Perform cite-checking, Bluebooking, and formatting reviews for draft briefs and legal documents.
• Coordinate remote team workflows using Asana, Zoom, and other operational tools.
• Support grant proposals, reports, and external communication efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of paralegal or legal assistance experience.
• Experience formatting, cite-checking, and filing briefs in federal or state courts.
• Proficiency in creating tables of contents and tables of authority in Microsoft Word.
• Direct experience with federal court filing systems, specifically PACER.
• Experience with proactive project management and reporting to multiple stakeholders.
