Salary: $106,000 — $145,200 USD

What you will do

• Conduct intakes and stakeholder interviews to document new products/features for attorney review.
• Assist in initial product reviews using checklists/playbooks to identify legal issues.
• Create and scale tools, processes, and knowledge for efficient product counseling.
• Maintain records of product features and legal guidance.
• Track laws, rules, and regulatory developments relevant to products.
• Execute open source software program procedures for code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; technical field or operations management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years paralegal experience, preferably in-house or law firm.
• Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office, GSuite) and platforms (Slack, Confluence).
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written/verbal communication for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience reviewing/drafting agreements in support capacity.
• Knowledge of technology transactions, IP, open source, data privacy.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
