Salary: $95,000–$130,000 base + performance bonus/commission eligibility

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting to attract top commercial real estate brokerage talent across multiple markets.
- Develop sourcing strategies and conduct market research and talent mapping to build a high-caliber agent pipeline.
- Manage candidate outreach, screening, and interview processes using Salesforce and other recruiting tools.
- Design and deliver internal onboarding and training programs, including role-specific tracks and certification standards.
- Partner with leadership to align hiring strategies with growth objectives and market expansion plans.
- Establish and track recruitment and training performance metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of recruiting for brokerage, investment sales, or related professional services.
- Experience creating and delivering employee onboarding and training programs.
- Strong research, talent-mapping, and relationship-building skills with passive candidates.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically in hospitality investment sales brokerage recruiting.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZoomInfo.
- Understanding of CRE brokerage models and compensation structures.
