TL;DR

Director of Talent, Recruitment & Development (Commercial Real Estate): Designing and scaling a national agent recruitment engine for a hospitality investment sales brokerage with an accent on pipeline development and talent mapping. Location: Hybrid in Phoenix; Open to remote if based outside Arizona. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 base + performance bonus/commission eligibility

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting to attract top commercial real estate brokerage talent across multiple markets.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and conduct market research and talent mapping to build a high-caliber agent pipeline.
  • Manage candidate outreach, screening, and interview processes using Salesforce and other recruiting tools.
  • Design and deliver internal onboarding and training programs, including role-specific tracks and certification standards.
  • Partner with leadership to align hiring strategies with growth objectives and market expansion plans.
  • Establish and track recruitment and training performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within commercial real estate.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for brokerage, investment sales, or related professional services.
  • Experience creating and delivering employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Strong research, talent-mapping, and relationship-building skills with passive candidates.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically in hospitality investment sales brokerage recruiting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZoomInfo.
  • Understanding of CRE brokerage models and compensation structures.
