Location: Hybrid (2-3 times a week from office in Miami, FL)

What you will do

• Advise on approaches for rental pricing optimization, demand prediction, and fleet utilization.
• Define specific data requirements including reservation patterns, competitor rate feeds, and fleet availability.
• Guide revenue management strategy regarding occupancy vs. yield trade-offs and overbooking logic.
• Develop pricing strategies for value-added services (VAS) such as insurance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business logic into model features.
• Validate model assumptions and prioritize experiments based on real-world rental scenarios.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pricing optimization, demand forecasting, or revenue management specifically within car rental, vehicle leasing, or mobility.
• Familiarity with car rental systems and data sources (e.g., ACRISS codes, RMS platforms, GDS/OTA connectivity).
• Ability to bridge business knowledge and data/product teams to create actionable modeling strategies.
• Experience in an advisory or consulting capacity within agile product environments.
• Knowledge of key industry metrics such as RevPAC and fleet utilization.
• Ability to work hybrid (2-3 times a week) from the office in Miami, FL.
