Delivery Manager (Software): Managing delivery across a portfolio of software projects, with an accent on scope, timelines, quality, budgets, profitability, and client relationships. Focus on coordinating Project Managers and technical leads, identifying capacity and delivery risks, reviewing estimates, and improving delivery processes with AI and automation.
Location: 100% remote with flexible hours
Salary: 18,000–24,000 PLN net + VAT monthly on a B2B contract

What you will do
- Own delivery and outcomes across multiple software projects, including scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and profitability.
- Support Project Managers with prioritization, feedback, resource decisions, and difficult delivery situations.
- Coordinate team allocation, capacity planning, assignments, and upcoming resource needs using Primetric.
- Review project estimates, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and support the Sales-to-Delivery handover.
- Manage client relationships and difficult conversations about scope, timelines, budgets, and team changes.
- Improve delivery processes, reporting, documentation, and project standards using AI and automation where appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple software projects and working directly with clients.
- Experience supporting or managing Project Managers or team leads.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project finances, profitability, capacity planning, utilization, T&M, and Fixed Price models.
- Experience overseeing project estimation and pricing, with a focus on scope, staffing, timelines, and profitability.
- Polish at C2 level and English at C1+ level are required.

- Practical understanding of AI and automation for improving software delivery, quality, and security.
- Experience in a software house, technology company, or IT consulting environment.
