Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (2-3 days/week in office)

Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Architect AI/ML workflows to process claims and medical records for optimal care path evaluation.
• Lead the integration and rollout of the hirify.global platform for new enterprise customers.
• Own end-to-end development of new features, from requirements gathering to implementation and testing.
• Develop an intelligent engine to evaluate provider adherence to medical standards of care.
• Build AI/ML pipelines to analyze clinical notes and automate recommendations for clinical reviewers.
• Scale systems to process millions of healthcare records under strict security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software applications.
• Prior experience leading engineering teams as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.
• Strong product sense and system design skills for complex systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (Hybrid).
• Hands-on technical leadership with a track record of shipping high-quality production code.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) for end-user applications.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data formats such as EDI X12, HL7, FHIR, and custom payer files.
