What you will do

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from sales handover to configuration, training, and activation.
• Conduct implementation and optimization sessions to drive adoption of Helpdesk and AI Agent products.
• Customize technical solutions and provide strategic recommendations based on customer goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Analyze e-commerce data to optimize support strategies and decrease time to value.
• Document feedback and interactions to improve the overall onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS as an implementation manager driving post-sales adoption.
• 2-3+ years of experience in project management and crafting activation timelines for merchants.
• Ability to concurrently manage up to 30 accounts with high autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Passion for technology, automation, and the ability to configure AI tools.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
