What you will do
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from sales handover to configuration, training, and activation.
- Conduct implementation and optimization sessions to drive adoption of Helpdesk and AI Agent products.
- Customize technical solutions and provide strategic recommendations based on customer goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Analyze e-commerce data to optimize support strategies and decrease time to value.
- Document feedback and interactions to improve the overall onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS as an implementation manager driving post-sales adoption.
- 2-3+ years of experience in project management and crafting activation timelines for merchants.
- Ability to concurrently manage up to 30 accounts with high autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Passion for technology, automation, and the ability to configure AI tools.
- Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
