What you will do

• Lead structural engineering for a variety of building types and construction methodologies.
• Provide technical input for structural design and feasibility studies.
• Mentor junior staff on technical design, constructability, and methodologies.
• Present complex technical solutions directly to clients.
• Perform quality control reviews and sign off on technical work.
• Develop technical proposals, including budget and schedule estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited college.
• Registered Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• US Citizenship is required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, or RISA.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in structural building development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience working on large and complex projects.
