Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead technical design, coordination, and documentation for complex telecom and ICT projects.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, managing relationships and supporting strategic pursuits.
• Mentor engineers and designers through design reviews, coaching, and actionable feedback.
• Improve internal systems and discipline standards by contributing to workflows and templates via GitHub.
• Monitor project health, identifying risks early to ensure profitable, on-time, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or professional services focusing on Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• RCDD certification (strongly preferred).
• PE, EIT, CCNA, CDT, or PMP certifications.
