What you will do

• Develop and implement machine learning models to predict outcomes and improve operational processes.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and provide actionable business insights.
• Maintain and update data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship available for H-1B, TN, and STEM OPT).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building data science solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with familiarity in Java or Scala.
• Demonstrated understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data science cloud platforms and visualization tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Research, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries.
• Experience with geospatial python libraries and Agile methodologies.
