What you will do
- Lead and manage the application support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee incident and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution of system issues.
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools and leverage AI-driven observability to detect anomalies and predict incidents.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the smooth deployment of new features and updates.
- Use LLM-based assistants to accelerate troubleshooting, log analysis, and knowledge retrieval.
- Conduct capacity management, forecasting, and post-mortem meetings to improve system stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in application support with a strong understanding of the SDLC.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, Windows, and databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
- Experience with AI-powered monitoring platforms (e.g., Datadog Watchdog, Dynatrace Davis) and AIOps frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP.
- Understanding of machine-learning concepts like anomaly detection and pattern recognition.
