What you will do

• Lead and manage the application support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee incident and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution of system issues.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools and leverage AI-driven observability to detect anomalies and predict incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the smooth deployment of new features and updates.
• Use LLM-based assistants to accelerate troubleshooting, log analysis, and knowledge retrieval.
• Conduct capacity management, forecasting, and post-mortem meetings to improve system stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in application support with a strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, Windows, and databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
• Experience with AI-powered monitoring platforms (e.g., Datadog Watchdog, Dynatrace Davis) and AIOps frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have
