TL;DR

Operations Coordinator (Case Management): Managing and coordinating member and client cases from intake to resolution with an accent on customer service and operational efficiency. Focus on liaising with vendors, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Location: Onsite in Princeton, New Jersey

Compensation: $18 / hour

What you will do

  • Manage cases from intake to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Respond to member and client inquiries, providing clear guidance and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor case progress and escalate issues according to protocols and SLAs.
  • Prepare case summaries and deliver collaborative shift-change briefings.
  • Provide team coverage and handle overflow or urgent cases as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in case management, customer service, or operations coordination.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Princeton, New Jersey.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends in a 24/7/365 environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software suites.
  • Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
