What you will do
- Respond to travel-related medical and non-medical assistance needs, including medical referrals, evacuations, and repatriations.
- Manage end-to-end assistance cases from initial intake through resolution and closure.
- Coordinate with medical professionals and third-party vendors, including hospitals, transport providers, and airlines.
- Maintain continuous case ownership and provide timely updates to members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Document all case activity in Case Management Software and deliver collaborative shift-change briefings.
- Adhere to established service level agreements and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Background in healthcare, travel assistance, insurance, customer service, or emergency services.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-stress situations.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass required background checks and drug screening.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Multilingual skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software suites.
