What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing regular feedback and documentation through observation and case reviews.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions and facilitate weekly supervision meetings.
• Develop and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans while maintaining detailed case records.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as accrediting agency standards.
• Coordinate care with community providers and manage crisis interventions.
• Lead treatment team meetings and conduct peer file reviews to assess the quality of clinical services.

Requirements

• Must hold valid licensure: CADC-S, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boise, ID.
• Strong knowledge of human behavior and rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Proficiency in treatment planning and familiarity with the substance abuse population.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and exercise proper judgment with confidential issues.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong interpersonal communication skills.
