What you will do

• Perform chemical analyses and laboratory testing of gypsum, insulation, and ceiling raw materials and finished products.
• Support R&D, new product development, plant operations, manufacturing requests, method development, and cost-reduction projects.
• Prepare materials and test samples according to ASTM, UL, and company methods.
• Collect, analyze, and report scientific and engineering data using laboratory equipment and tools such as Excel.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot experimental equipment, instruments, and basic machinery.
• Manage laboratory safety, 5S activities, inventory, equipment checks, audits, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 3–4 years of chemical laboratory experience.
• Basic understanding of statistical tools, data analysis, and interpretation of experimental results.
• Basic knowledge of HSE and ability to work safely in a laboratory environment.
• Ability to use power tools, basic machinery, and laboratory equipment.
• Ability to prepare concise, technically accurate reports and maintain a laboratory notebook.
• Associate degree in chemistry, engineering, or another scientific field is preferred.
