What you will do

• Perform analysis on raw materials and final products (Gypsum, Insulation, Ceiling) to support R&D and plant operations.
• Execute experimental designs and test samples according to ASTM, UL, and company SOPs.
• Collect and analyze scientific data using Excel and maintain detailed laboratory notebooks.
• Manage lab operations, including equipment maintenance, 5S implementation, and safety audits.
• Create technically accurate summary reports for engineering and science teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Malvern, PA.
• High school diploma with 3-4 years of chemical lab experience.
• Associates degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Engineering, or Science) preferred.
• Basic understanding of statistical tools, data analysis, and HSE knowledge.
• Comfort working in a lab environment with power tools and basic machinery.
