Location: Must be based in Universal City, California (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office requirement starting Jan 2026)

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Lead cross-product analysis to identify user behaviors and content patterns driving engagement.
• Design and report on OKRs related to subscriber health and product performance.
• Build forecasting models to guide business planning and scenario simulations.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for product, growth, and leadership teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to measure and interpret A/B and multivariate tests.
• Manage and mentor a direct report to foster technical and analytical growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, including 1+ year of management or mentorship.
• Strong SQL skills in Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Tableau for building executive-ready visual narratives.
• Experience with statistical methods including A/B testing, regression, and clustering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for automation.
• Background in direct-to-consumer, digital media, or streaming.
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Adobe Clickstream, or mParticle.
