What you will do

• Manage the full credentialing lifecycle, from initial applications to renewals and maintenance.
• Oversee provider enrollment processes with payers, including application submission and status tracking.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready provider records and documentation.
• Conduct primary source verification for provider credentials to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and external stakeholders to resolve credentialing bottlenecks.
• Ensure all operations meet strict regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in licensing, credentialing services, or accreditation.
• Working knowledge of provider licensing, credentialing policies, and state/federal regulations.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
