Salary: $200,000 – $275,000

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new vertical SMB products.
• Drive an AI-native design philosophy to replace, consult, and automate customer workflows.
• Conduct field research and build direct relationships with practitioners to iterate on product requirements.
• Collaborate with a small engineering and design team to ship 0→1 solutions rapidly.
• Partner with the GTM team to shape pricing, positioning, and product-led growth motions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product experience building tools that businesses depend on daily.
• Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products and successfully scaling the customer base.
• Experience building AI-native products with a deep understanding of LLM limitations and probabilistic outputs.
• Strong business acumen and GM mindset regarding pricing and ICP definitions.
• Experience working in a startup-stage environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
