Salary: $95,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise and best-practice solutioning for Payer and Provider workstreams.
• Establish standard configuration settings for Payer/State and Sponsored portals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate challenges impacting client go-live dates and delivery quality.
• Partner with sales, product management, and integration teams to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to project planning by identifying technical risks and configuration dependencies.
• Lead new market diligence to establish environment configurations and identify product gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of implementation experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 3+ years of technical implementation experience focusing on solution configurations.
• Strong understanding of Agile project methodology.
• Ability to clearly articulate feature functionality and business requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience using Jira.
• Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools to enhance productivity.
