What you will do

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff.
• Prospect new offices and build referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Increase referral volume within existing accounts through consistent relationship management.
• Educate providers on the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Track activity and pipeline performance using Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, hospitality, or recruiting.
• Proven track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field.
• Must be located in Peoria, IL, Champaign, IL, or Davenport, IA.
