What you will do
- Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
- Conduct daily field visits to healthcare providers and clinic staff within a 1-hour driving radius.
- Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
- Manage and scale referral volume within existing accounts through strategic planning and consistent follow-up.
- Educate providers on the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes to become a trusted resource.
- Track all activity, pipeline, and account performance using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or athletics.
- Must be located in Milwaukee, WI.
- Proven track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations in high-performance environments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to spend 5 days per week in the field.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales.
