What you will do

  • Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
  • Conduct daily field visits to healthcare providers and clinic staff within a 1-hour driving radius.
  • Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
  • Manage and scale referral volume within existing accounts through strategic planning and consistent follow-up.
  • Educate providers on the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes to become a trusted resource.
  • Track all activity, pipeline, and account performance using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or athletics.
  • Must be located in Milwaukee, WI.
  • Proven track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations in high-performance environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to spend 5 days per week in the field.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales.
