What you will do

• Support the Production Team Leader with shift administration, SAP transactions, and production coordination.
• Manage effective shift handovers and lead start-of-shift meetings to communicate priorities and safety messages.
• Act as a technical expert and role model for safety, quality, and standard work practices.
• Perform quality checks on labels, packaging, and finished goods in accordance with site procedures.
• Drive waste reduction and efficiency improvements while maintaining product quality.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and secure the site at the end of the PM shift.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the UK
• Relevant experience within a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and a good level of maths and English.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Willingness and flexibility to work PM shifts to meet business needs.

Nice to have

• Counterbalance FLT certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Previous experience supervising a team of operatives.
