What you will do

• Implement and continuously improve EHS policies and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant UK legislation and company safety standards.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and provide EHS guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage incident reporting processes and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental management, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Environmental, Health & Safety or compliance-based role.
• Confidence working within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
• Proactive and practical approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
