What you will do

• Process materials according to production plans, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Operate automated and manual production equipment.
• Prepare materials and tooling for the production process.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment, processes, and final products.
• Identify and escalate process issues or non-compliant materials to appropriate departments.
• Work within a cleanroom environment adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• GCSE in Maths and English.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to manipulate very small parts with tweezers.
• Ability to work strictly according to quality standards and specifications.
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft or Google office applications.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Abingdon for onsite work (4+ days per week).

Nice to have

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience working within a semiconductor or consumer electronics cleanroom environment.
