Location: Hybrid, San Francisco (3 days/week in office)

Salary: $185K – $260K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own sourcing and commercial strategy for ads technology stack and consumer verticals, focusing on health and finance.
  • Lead high-velocity, high-complexity deals end-to-end, from RFP and negotiation to contracting and go-live.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmaps into scalable vendor strategies.
  • Build and manage a multi-vendor ads technology and consumer tools ecosystem to support revenue and engagement.
  • Structure pricing models and contracts that preserve optionality and minimize switching costs.
  • Coordinate security, legal, and privacy reviews for regulated data flows and high-risk vendors.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience leading technology partnerships, sourcing, or commercial negotiations in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to align Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Finance on high-stakes decisions.
  • Experience operating in regulated domains such as personal finance, health, payments, or identity.
  • Track record of negotiating commercial and technical agreements with technology vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate pricing models and vendor risk relative to product growth.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week in office).
