What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and direct large and complex bridge design projects.
• Deliver federally-funded projects for State and Local Agency clients.
• Serve as a technical specialist for unique engineering problems and advanced design theories.
• Direct and supervise a staff of engineers and technicians to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and foster relationships with clients to secure future project opportunities.
• Act as a resident engineer or structure representative on construction projects when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active P.E. License in good standing required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role for transportation projects.
• Proficiency in Bridge Design and Analysis software.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
