Location: Must be based in or be able to obtain licensure in Illinois, USA (Onsite in Orland Park)

Salary: $265,000 - $340,000 yearly

What you will do

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages.
• Manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic health issues while promoting wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 17 providers, including Family and Internal Medicine physicians.
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health system for patient documentation and management.
• Maintain hospital privileges at Palos Hospital.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
