TL;DR

Account Executive, New Business (SaaS): Owning net new revenue generation in the mid-market segment with an accent on outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales execution. Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $180,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own and generate net new revenue for 600+ target accounts in the 250-1000 employee segment.
  • Lead full-cycle sales processes, including discovery, demos, pricing, and negotiation, within a 60-day cycle.
  • Proactively hunt new business, maintaining a 90% outbound ratio and 3x pipeline coverage.
  • Engage with Director+ level buyers in Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Managers to refine outreach and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Maintain high pipeline hygiene and revenue forecast accuracy within a 10% margin.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a quota-carrying AE focused on outbound new business.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas for at least 3 consecutive quarters.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate 80%+ of the pipeline.
  • Expertise in consultative selling (e.g., Sandler, MEDDPIC, or Command of the Message).
  • Experience selling directly to C-level executives and revenue teams.
  • Must be based in the US.
