Director - Client Growth Partner (Retail): Driving double-digit YOY growth for key retail accounts by positioning the company as a strategic partner for AI transformation with an accent on CXO engagement and strategic account farming. Focus on expanding engagement breadth, crafting AI-led value propositions, and managing large-scale ($20M+) professional services accounts.
Location: Hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee, US (minimum once a week onsite)

What you will do
- Grow assigned retail portfolio by 15%+ YOY through structured account planning and CXO agenda shaping.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives (CIO, CTO, CDO) to align technology investments with business goals.
- Drive AI transformation by articulating how GenAI and modern solutions improve productivity and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape proposals and differentiated value propositions.
- Maintain a regular onsite presence at the client location to foster deep relationships.
- Procure public testimonials and references regarding the quality of engineering work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of key account leadership experience with accounts exceeding $20M in a professional services firm.
- Proven track record in IT consulting with a specific background in the Retail industry.
- Ability to credibly engage and build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in AI/GenAI terminology and the ability to lead value-driven transformation conversations.
- Strong commercial acumen in deal shaping, business case construction, and legal/procurement negotiations.
- Must be based in or able to work from Nashville, Tennessee to meet onsite requirements.
